In honor of breast cancer awareness month, the Notre Dame football team will be wearing pink adidas apparel during Saturday’s game against Stanford.
Coach Kelly is also getting involved, his wife, Paqui, is a two-time cancer survivor and the couple founded the organization Kelly Cares, to fight back.
The organization will be selling 15,000 Brian Kelly face masks for the game to raise money for the foundation. The masks will be available to purchase for $5. They’ll be sold at the football Friday luncheon on campus, the Eddy Street concert Friday night, O’Rourke’s Public House. Students will also sell the masks on campus before Saturday’s game.
The undefeated and seventh ranked Irish host #17 Stanford at 3:30 p.m. at Notre Dame Stadium.
