The Campus Crossroads Project Begins

When the lights went out on Saturday, November 22nd, after Notre Dame concluded its final home game of the 2014 season against Louisville, the Campus Crossroads Project officially began.

The Campus Crossroads Project is the largest building initiative in the 172-year history of the University of Notre Dame. The $400 million project includes construction of more than 750,000 square feet of classroom, research, student facility, digital media, performance, meeting, event, and hospitality space.

The facilities will be housed in three buildings attached to the west, east, and south sides of the University’s iconic football stadium. Construction will take approximately 33 months to complete.

Throughout construction, the Game Day Operations team will update fans on and on Twitter regarding the progress of the Campus Crossroads Project. Additionally, fans can always visit the Campus Crossroads Project page for information.
