Art Exhibit: “Outsider at the Vatican: Frederick Franck’s Drawings from the Second Vatican Council”

Frederick Franck was the Second Vatican Council’s unofficial artist-in-residence, and nearly 70 of his drawings and one of his paintings are on display here. Some of his early Vatican II images were exhibited at the Snite Museum in 1963.

The pieces in this exhibit are on loan from Pacem In Terris: The Frederick Franck Museum (Warwick, NY) and from the Catholic Documentation Center, Radboud University Nijmegen (the Netherlands).

The exhibit is free and open to the public. The Notre Dame Center for Arts and Culture is at:
